  • Studio Setup: Professional studio lighting and clean backdrop system (choice of one curated background)

  • Live Review & Instant Delivery: Live image viewing and instant delivery to individual attendees on-site

  • Image Processing: 1 professionally edited headshot per attendee featuring instant color/exposure corrections

  • Master Assets: Complete Master Gallery delivered directly to the event coordinator

*Deposit : $500* / Additional hours : $200 per hour for individual sessions

  • 4 Annual Onsite Visits: Scheduled quarterly headshot sessions to cover new hires, promotions, and team updates

  • 1-Hour Onsite Coverage: Complete headshot lounge setup per session (ideal throughput: up to 20 attendees/hour)

  • Studio Setup: Professional studio lighting and consistent backdrop system across all 4 sessions for brand continuity

  • Live Review & Instant Delivery: Live image viewing and instant digital delivery to individual employees on-site
